United Lutheran Church provides an energetic and educational Sunday school program for youth from preschool through high school, along with a separate adult program. The Sunday school program runs from September to June and begins at 9:45 AM each Sunday morning. The curriculum for preschool through fifth grade uses material published by Augsburg Fortress. Using relational and visual learning, this curriculum focuses on helping learners link faith and their daily lives. The curriculum for sixth through eighth grade combines various materials and media and has included community service activities. The seventh and eighth grade classes include the age levels preparing for confirmation. The high school class is learner driven, with the students and teacher exploring faith topics that interest our youth. An adult Sunday school class meets each Sunday at 9:45 AM in the fellowship hall. Typically taught by the pastor, topics covered are Bible study, issues such as world religions, faith in daily life, and developing stronger faith practices.
