Adult Groups

Faith Formation for Adults:

• Adult Forum (Sunday Morning at 11:00am (September to May)

Topics Include: Bible study, social ministry concerns from varying viewpoints, and presentations from minority group community leaders.

• Men's Group (Meets Friday Mornings at 9:00a.m. via zoom).

Topics include Bible study, theological study, faith sharing, prayer, and catching up on current events.

• Book Group (Meets once a month at 12:30 on Sundays).

In this group we usually read fiction understanding that our faith is always informed by outside sources.

• Mary Magdalene Circle (Meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month).

This group meets for mutual support and prayer.

• Social Justice Team (Meets once a month on a mutually determined time).

This team looks to combine education, faith, benevolence and current events seeking to practice our faith in concrete ways.

• Theological Book Group (Meets once a month on a mutually determined time).

This group goes deep into theology reading books that challenge previously understood notions of faith, God and community.
