Fellowship Hall Audio/Video System - cost not to exceed $22,000
As we will be holding more events in our fellowship hall, we are needing to add speakers, a projector, a new hung screen, microphones, amplifier, etc. It has been clear that we could use a more stable system that will allow us to hear and see better. While this seems expensive, prices are only going up. We have received a bid from Smeed and checked it with Pro Sound and Video. Give to hear and see better in our fellowship hall.
Kitchen Stair Repair to make maintenance free - cost not to exceed $16,000

Give that we may enter and exit safely from the kitchen.
Foundation Work below stairs - cost not to exceed $10,000
If you walk down the stairs from the kitchen, you will notice that some of the railway ties are beginning to rot away. It may most sense to do this work in conjunction with the stairs. We are having a bid updated.
Entry Way Work - cost not to exceed $5000
As we welcome folks back for our 100th anniversary, we want to spruce up our entry way. The council has already ok’s having the window on each side of the entry way replaced. In addition Dan is looking to have the area sanded, stained, and repaired as necessary. Give to make a good first impression.
New Automatic Door/Doors to Entry Way - cost not to exceed $25,000
This is an expensive project. We are currently looking into less expensive options. Our desire is to become more ADA friendly at least on our main level. We are looking into possible grants to help us with this cost. Give a donation to help the most vulnerable enter and exit more easily.
